I gotta admit -- it is tough to see these. Every flaw is apparent. The lighting is not flattering (which is why the guys have to get so dark that they look like they're covered in mud. But no excuses. When you get up on stage in your underwear you have to expect that there will be pictures of you in your underwear.

The ripped guy next to me came in 4th in the over 40. Tough, tough, competition that night.

Ha, thanks. But I never had much mass. Always been a thin hardgainer who had to fight for every ounce of muscle. And as you get older your skin gets looser so if you cut too much, the skin sags. But if you try to get too big, you hold too much fat. It all sucks. lol. But still, I think more and more we're seeing a conditioning from older guys that was not expected just 10 years ago. This is why I laugh when I hear that guys want to go on HRT at 30 cause they feel they;re getting old. Fuck, you haven' t even peaked at 30!

And again, I did very, very little in regard to enhancement. Doubled my HRT and added a bit of Primo starting 6 weeks out. That's not an excuse. I could have done a lot more and it would;t have made much more of a difference. Now if I did Tren and slin...yeah, THAT would make a difference . But I'm not going to do that.
