More funny Gym stories (funny but sad at the same time ;)

I say the guy that told you about the bomb and "killing guys like you" needed a serious as kicking right there on the spot. You seem to be able to handle yourself and you took him down, I'd have let him have it, and I'm probably half your size. Plus, any fuckin idiot that tells me he planted a bomb is DEFINITELY going to be talking to the cops. then again, you're in canada and it's more likely he was just full of shit. Here in the states, when someone makes a threat like that, you take it seriously.

Yeah I was bigger than him, but the guy had a large frame so I wasn't that much bigger. It wasn't about size though, I just wasn't gonna stick around and try to wrestle a weapon out of his hand. So I just disabled him enough to get away. I did think about kicking him good in the stomach, but there was no point, as I had already caught him totally off guard. I just used the opportunity to get away.

As for telling the Cops, I thought about it, but it was pointless, and I didn't want to get involved with them. Nothing happened anyway as I could tell the guy was just drunk.

So this weak loser is doing squats and is screaming like he is giving birth while he does them. Everyone is pissed off cuz it is annoying. The finishes his last set when this mammoth fucker walks up and starts curling what he was squatting. He doesn't make any noise anymore.

LOL!! I remember one day I was doing my arms. I was curling 35lbs dumbells, so this skinny kid comes up with a couple of his friends and grabs the 45lbs dumbells, and starts Curling them with the worst form I've even seen(I think his back was getting a better workout :D ). He got like 4 reps while grunting thru everyone of them.

Now I usually try to be humble, but this time they got me, so I went to grab the 55lbs dumbells and pushed up a good 7-8reps in good form, with no grunting. The little kiddies just looked at me and immediately went to the other side of the gym :) . It's not like 55lbs is a huge amount of weight to curl, but it's good if you do it in perfect form.

On another day I come in to the gym, but I was tired as hell. Now I can usually push 225lbs on the bench for a good 10 reps. So I get under the bar, and start my reps with 225lbs. I got one rep, and on the second rep I got stuck at the bottom and could not get it up.

There happened to be a really big guy beside me, and I swallowed my pride and go "Hey buddy, help me, I got stuck!!" So the guy comes over and deadlifts the thing off me like it was a plastic barbell. I thanked him for his help, and just got up and left. I didn't even bother to say anything, as anything I would have said would have made me look stupider.
