More energy in the weight room

I tend to have extremely high energy when I get to the gym and I'm halfway through my workout I start getting tired. Someone told me that it's because of hormonal changes i experience
do you think that's true and if so what supplement can help

Goal?
History?
With out that,any advice is blind advice.
I would start with looking at my diet and timing. Then look at training style, goals and timing.
Get natural stuff in order before adding crap to your body.

vital herbal horny goat weed works well for me. I take it right after my lunch since I go to work out in the evening and it just helps give me the extra boost of energy I need. I haven’t had any stomach issues with it either which is a huge plus. let's try it
