More bad press in the UK

Why is it every person that has 'experience' with steroids also abuses the hell out of recreational drugs, but blames all their problems on the gear? I'd love for them to not manipulate the media just once and get some real voices heard.
Now granted they may of made some valid points about the ages of some people and their reasons for taking steroids, but kids do dumb stuff all the time. I bet if they put the statistics of knife crime/gun crime in teens and steroid usage I know which one would come up stronger.

Thanks for pointing this out, I like to read though these types of articles and laugh at how the mainstream media tries to spin steroids. So many more crime and health-related problems are linked to alcohol, but who's going to read another story about somebody being drunk and getting arrested. Much more entertaining to write about some uninformed 16-year-old who was injecting 2,000mg-3,000mg of testosterone per week, then wondering why he was a hormonal mess and getting into fights.

It's just the way it is. Sensationist media trying to scaremonger to sell its products. For socialist big government papers, if they can use something to justify more intervention then even better.... Surely they will come to our "rescue " ...
