Wouldn't that only apply to goods with trademarks or patents? Is making hgh and AAS powders violating trademarks?

That reminds me of a news porgram I saw not too long ago regarding fake Zippo lighters being sold in China among other things. They busted a guy with boxes and boxes of those fake lighters. I am sure those guys among many other retailers pushed for that agreement.

It would seem so but the agreement might be a lot more comprehensive than the news story in the link, after all, this seems the recent "event" that has caused the shut down of exports to USA from China on drugs that are illegal in America.
