Hey Guys
Ive heard so many great things about creatine and Im thinking of using it myself. But I need your opinion on something. I am not realy looking to get a bodybuilder build, just want to look good, with defined muscle and as little wobble as possible , will using creatine during my strength trainig exercises build too much muslce?
And recomenations?
