Can you give me some sample Delt workouts . I've been training them for a long time and they just don't seem to grow like I'd like them too. I'm open for new excercises/routines. When I work My delts, I usually do Dumbell or Barbell presses (front / or back ), lateral raises, front raises, reverse peck deck, upright rows. Any info is appreciated. Thanks
