Several replies:
1) Camera pictures are all about shading. The after picture had the worest shading possible and light condition possible. It does look a bit better in reality.
The fat is covering the muscle and thus misleading. I could easily tell you the before pictures are with 10 pounds MORE muscles than the after pictures, but that's the other way arround.
2) Regarding training sessions, I doubt I am overtraining. I am training about 60-70 minutes TOP and train at extreme intensity but only 4 times a week (on cycle it's very unlikely to be overtraining, plus strength goes up like a mofo - not a sign of overtraining).
3) There was one week that I ate 3,500 cals and took measures exactly a week after with NO difference in fat or muscle for better ot for worse. That's the reason I upped the cals to 4500 cals. I think I 3000 is too low with the cycle. I will go for 3,500-3,700 this week and see what happens.
4) Research down here tells me to wait at least 4 weeks AFTER clomid therapy for my 'cutting cycle', I don't think I need more than a 4 week one. However, waiting 4 weeks AFTER clomid therapy is completed means staying in my condition (with the gut) for 11 whole fucking weeks! (2 for ending cycle, 2 post cycle, 3 clomid weeks plus 4 waiting weeks) That's almost 3 months from now!
