Test prop: 100mg ed for 8 weeks
Fina: 75mg ed for weeks 2-6
winstrol: 50mg ed weeks 2-6
t-3 throughout, start with 25mcg work your way up to 100mcg then taper off
arimidex @ 25 mg ed and post cycle if you could afford it.

The anabolics should be enough to put on some muscle while the t-3 and tons of cardio are burning fat....the fina will also help you burn fat while adding lbm. I hope this helps bro.

JUST REMEMBER TO USE ATLEAST WINNY WHILE ON T3, CAUSE IT WILL BURN MUSCLE ALSO.

Drop the cals to 3000.
do 350gram Prot
200-250 carbs
60-70gram Fat from Flaxoil
Do some light cardio and maybe som ECY

Start this ASAP an do it this way until you reach the nice look you had BEFORE your cycle.

Several replies:

1) Camera pictures are all about shading. The after picture had the worest shading possible and light condition possible. It does look a bit better in reality.
The fat is covering the muscle and thus misleading. I could easily tell you the before pictures are with 10 pounds MORE muscles than the after pictures, but that's the other way arround.

2) Regarding training sessions, I doubt I am overtraining. I am training about 60-70 minutes TOP and train at extreme intensity but only 4 times a week (on cycle it's very unlikely to be overtraining, plus strength goes up like a mofo - not a sign of overtraining).

3) There was one week that I ate 3,500 cals and took measures exactly a week after with NO difference in fat or muscle for better ot for worse. That's the reason I upped the cals to 4500 cals. I think I 3000 is too low with the cycle. I will go for 3,500-3,700 this week and see what happens.

4) Research down here tells me to wait at least 4 weeks AFTER clomid therapy for my 'cutting cycle', I don't think I need more than a 4 week one. However, waiting 4 weeks AFTER clomid therapy is completed means staying in my condition (with the gut) for 11 whole fucking weeks! (2 for ending cycle, 2 post cycle, 3 clomid weeks plus 4 waiting weeks) That's almost 3 months from now!

first off let me congratulate you on your discipline and perseverance;those qualities are def a plus;IMO,i beleive you should go w/ a "slowly but surely" approach.;let me explain;your diet is the first part...and the fact that you beleive your a "real" hardgainer doesn't help...so get it out of your head.
your diet should be very high in protein and very high in GOOD fat.the fact that you were eating 4000 cals at your weight is not good planning on your part,hence your dissapointing results(increased bf%'s by overstuffing yourself).in your case,i would follow a ratio of 20% carbs-40% protein and 40% fat(this diet will help you add LBM and keep in a state of anabolism).based on your b4 pics,you would need compounds that will help you stay lean but would add LBM "slowely but surely"...sure winners in this case are:TEST,EQ,TREN,WINNY...IMO,these compounds will help you reach your goals,without adding the additional bf...in addition,i would like to add,that your genetics are not as bad as you think...in fact,your b4 pics would make me think that you were a primo candidate for use of AAS.i would also cut your training to 3 x week stressing full body workouts and concentrating on the BIG "3"...THAT'S IT.
in any case,GOOD LUCK w/ your present cycle and start planning your next one based on some of the info i have supplied for you.you won't be dissapointed...---fyi
 
um, im confused. the pics dont make sense. looks like before 10 cheeseburgers then after 10 cheeseburgers.

i think they are out of order.
 
yeah pictures can be confusing as hell.

At the first picture that I looked very ripped, and with more mass, do you know how mcuh I weighted?? You'll be surprised: 139lb !!!!! ONLY!!!

The after picture (about 8 months later and at the 8th/10 week of my first cycle) is 166lb !!! That's a 27lbs change from both pictures! And about 15lbs of Lean Body Mass (not fat)...

I know it doesn't look like that. But I hope to get ripped again maintaining my muscle mass.

I originally wrote the thread for help on how can I get rid of the FAT and WHEN can I get rid of it? Remember, I am the 8th of 10 week cycle. I was wondering if I'll have to wait 4 weeks AFTER the clomid therapy only to start a mini cutting cycle. (That's a long time to wait!! about 10-11 weeks from now).
