Mods, this guys posts are not just ridiculous, but they're clogging up the training board. I'm tired of seeing him rant about himself and being such a prick and I'm sure others are too. He doesn't belong here, maybe the chat board, or the skinny guys with much attitude board. Thanks

no bin laden stop bein so hatefull towards me your wrong once again, i said i did tons of pushups then you guys are like noo way that doest work your wrong man shit like that...........then tell me this why have a made such great gains in 2 months from this routine shouldnt i bee sooo overtrained. if i did heavy benchpresses everyday i know i would be over trained cause i used to do that my shoulders would pop and fuck up on me and my bench was goin down fast. i think its different when you do that many reps and sets cause its workin
