While I agree Var is the best choice for a female, it is NOT true that it won't give sides like you suggested. ANY AAS can result in sides, and ther eis not way to tell whether or not you'll get sides, until you try. Kinda risky for most people.

Oxavar can definitly be taken by women. you just take one tab a day. Not more. In fact I compete in figure and I just ordered some!
