Mixing Protein Powders With what besides orange juice, that actually tastes good?

wassup fellas, hey ive got about 25lbs of ALLTHEWHEY unflavored whey. good shit, bomb actually, ive been mixing it with water even on occasion and choking it down, but i deff prefere to mix it, anyways I've found orange juice is the best thing to mix it with, cant taste it one bit, only thing is, orange juice is a bit high in sugar. so what do yall mix your unflavored stuff with? really looking for some suggestions guys, thanks

Hmm since this is a steroid forum not sure how I should answer this.

wks 1-6 bananna + alltheway 150grams/day
wks 7-12 3scoops of natty PB + alltheway 130grams/day

Wks 13-16 PCT (Protein Cycle Therapy)
Just your plaing 150grams worth of protein per day no add ins.

Wk 17 Repeat

I usually mix my whey protein with skim milk and use 1 1/2 scoops of protein.

Post workout I mix with water along with 2 scoops of protein and 1 scoop of dextrose. Anything tastes good with 50g of sugar in it.

i use gatorade powder
 
buy some cocoa, then fiddle around with sweeteners for it depending on what youre doing with your carbs (keto or not)

personally i found a brand that tasted decent in water, made it thick (very little water) and glugged it down to get it over with
 
You'll probably get better responses in a different forum, but anyways...Is the "ALLTHEWHEY" stuff 100% completely tastless?

I use OJ all the time. Use some kind of light OJ it'll have less sugar. Not sure by how much. OJ will kill any taste and throw in some frozen mixed berries. :chomp:

Now that u mentioned berries i could see an oj-vanilla only protein powder with mixed berries an ice for sure... I'm just not good at changing things up
 
i like to use ON vanilla whey and throw it in a blender with strawberries, pinapples, blueberries, and a little ice.
 
your body can only accelaerate 50g of protein per meal, I use ISO, no carbs only 200 calories plus its flavored vanilla, chocolate...no harm

I've used Strawberry flavored EAS for a long while now. I'll go to kroger or publix (if you live down south ) and buy the frozen bag of mixed berries or strawberries. You can also look for a tub of frozen strawberries with splenda. Mix it up with a little OJ and Diet V8 Splash ( strawberry flavored of course). Best damn shake i ever had!
 
I boil up some whole wheat pasta. Make some oatmeal. Put some of both in blender and add milk. I use 1 percent. Add some weight gain protein powder, has malt-dextrose, add more regular protein powder and blend.
 
iv heard great things about muscle milk and ALLLL their flavors, thinkin of trying it in the near future? any1's thoughts?
 
Just like Gold, I just buy the flavored kind and use skim milk. Water for PWO. Just drink it and get over it. Takes like two seconds. I chug them. When you add dextrose to a shake with water, it tastes pretty good to me.

I've taken what seems to be a 100 different brands, this produce is superior to all others

Frontload with some berries,
50gr vanilla pudding/week and half mesotech protein bar

pct 200 gr whey/ed all in the same glass
 
this is an easy one

best tasting protein by far

isopure zero carb in the glass bottles, a lil pricey at 29.99 for a pack of 12 but in drinking one post workout ONLY thats 3 a week so a pack lasts a month for me......

people put too much stock into protein powders when they would be best served actually getting as much as they could from whole foods and at most using 1 shake a day, once i did that my body completely changed for the better....
