Mixing HGH

Got a question... I have 8 ui bottles of HGH. If I have a 1 cc syringe marked to 100 and draw up to the 80 mark with bacteriostatic water, inject to powder, would the diluted mix drawn to the 20 mark equal 2 ui?

I know this is splitting hairs now but...

In your opinion brother, is there any need to adjust for the added volumen of the actual HGH wafer?

When you count the volume of the actual powder of HGH in the vial, you should end up with more than 80 units of liquid once it is reconstituted.
