Mirror = Evil

the only time i look at a mirror is when its in front of me.. i never purposely go in front of the mirror, i really dont care about it, as long as i feel my muscle being worked thats all that matters

CoolC, Vassily never belived in mirrors. I had a mirror when I first started but someone let a green bumper bounce and it broke one of the mirrors so our coach removed all of them. I got a shitload faster in my drops and more coordinated when I was racking, mainly in my opinion because I was feeling the weight instead of watching it

I agree - so far with the power cleans, it really feels better.
Next time I'll try snatches :)

I used to have mirros when I lifted in my spare bedroom. They were annoying. My form would suffer because I was always looking at myself. It was like a bad habit.

My garage has no mirros, and never will.

I'm constantly staring into the mirrors.That is untill the fine looking lady 2 benches down catchs me checking out her form:p

i drilled a mirror right in front of my squat rack. I find if i use a mirror to squat I don't lean forward as much. I can see myself if i start to lean forward so then i can correct it. The mirror is my friend:)
