Yup, what variation said....plus some folks just can't handle the lactose sugar in milk, and other folks have "issues" with consuming animal products. Aside from that, there is crap soymilk and good quality soymilk, so if definitely pays to read labels if you're gonna drink soymilk. IMHO most of the soymilk that tastes 'good' to a dedicated cow's milk drinker is in the crap category and should be treated like junk food.
