Milk thistle?

What is milk thistle and how is it used for the liver? Does anybody know?

Just follow the directions on it... It is used when on orals or liver toxic comps like test suspension etc... I am not sure how it works but it should give you some degree of protection while on but still remain responsable with your usage of liver toxic comps

double the suggested dosage on the bottle. if it says one pill 3x a day take 2 pills 3x a day. You need larger dosages of milk thistle then the bottle suggests.
