Mild case of non steroid gyno, what should i do

So ever since i hit puberty i have had a mild case puffy nipples, when my nipples are hard the look 100% fine. after doing so research i am so stocked to see there is a cure with out having to go under the knife. i never plan on taking roids, so what is my best option letrozole, liquidex, or aromasin. it seems like letro would be the obvious choice, but it has the harshest side effect. which im whilling to endure, but I wanted to get your guys opinions. I would love to hear some personal experiences. And i really want to hear about non steroid users. cause i know there is a difference. thank you all.

Honestly bro, I'd go for the surgery. It's very minor, and is done with local anesthetic while you're in the doctor's office if you want. I don't know the exact cost, but somewhere in the $1000 range in most states, as I've read. That's what I'd do (and will do, if I need). Drugs will wind up costing more in the long run, and they don't solve the problem. They only hide it.

If you have insurance,,have it removed. Dont mention any AAS or mention any anti estrogens.
Play the dumb role. Complain that they are incredibly painful,,and insurance should pay.
I would find a solid surgeon with a built reputation to do the procedure too.
