I’m looking to run some tbol as a middle aged women who is 50 years old.
I used steroids in my mid to late 20’s, then took a break from the gym. Got back into it 3 years ago.
How much tbol should I be using ? Should I go 30mgs or should I go lower at 5 or 10mgs?
My goals are to get more hardening effects and more strength and I’m 5’3” and 140 lbs
