Yes I am going to prison- I got a self-surrender date in Jan. so I didn't have to go back to county jail and wait for the BOP to put me somewhere. I ended up getting 50 months in the Fed. So now, I have someone drive me to prison and just walk in and thats it. No "con air" transport. Pays to have a good lawyer...it could have been MUCH worse
