Met-rx

I was wondering, what do you guys think of met-rx as a supplement for of my meal replacements? Or is there too many calories.

I love the Met-RX Protein Plus bars. Chocolate Fudge is pretty good & bavarian mint is GREAT! For 34 g protein, they have 220 cal (or something like that) so not too bad for those of us who can only handle so much chicken & tuna.

I'll agree that met Rx makes some yummy protein bars. They're not a staple of my diet but when I'm not staying at my house or am wildly busy with work, I like having them. I keep a stash in my car. They're one of the few brands of bars that I don't gag down. Nothing worse than dropping all that money on bars only to find out that they taste like paste and cat litter.

I've heard good things about their shakes too but I have a couple pounds of isopure to get through before I am going to buy more protein powder.

the met rx protein protein bars are a large part of my diet. i like the taste of them and they don't melt as easily as others.

unlike other companies, met rx has been found to actually contain what's on the label.

Met-rx, Myoplex, etc. are perfect. Good ratio for a meal substitution or for after workouts. i use 2-3 a day and then eat 2-3 whole meals.

LOL Raina, 'paste & Cat Litter'that made me crack up this morning.

Met-rx Protein Plus Chocolate Roasted Peanut Bars are a joy, especially when you are dieting like me right now.

Also myoplex Lo Carb Blueberry, tates really nice too.

I like the met rx chocolate peanut bars too. As for the EAS bars, I like the blueberry (they're like a muffin) and the cookies and cream (even my bf thinks those are good and he hates that kind of stuff). It has been my finding that lemon protein bars are awful. I love lemon as a flavor but something about the lemon protein bars reminds me of a shitty bar drenched in lemon pledge wood cleaner.

Isn't the METrx not low lactose? I think it contains mostly milk protein isolate? I LOVED the metrx White Chocolate Mouse, YUMMMYY, but very baaaaaad protein farts.
