Met Rex for weight loss?

What are your opinions for using metrex shakes for weight loss? I guess im looking for something to curb my appetite so I can quit going crazy and overeating in the afternoon and evening. I already have alot of metrex that was giving to me just looking for someone elses opinion thanks.

Calories in < calories expanded = weight loss

You won't loose from just drinking a shake. But if you subsitute high calorie meal with a shake... you may loose weight.

Appetite surpression, I use a fat burner for that because I'd want to eat all day otherwise.

Drinking 10 glasses of ice cold water a day burns 300 cal.
Now double that and workout. : )
