Listen man, mesotherapy has been used in third world countries for weight loss with little to no success. I lived in Mexico City for years and mesotherapy was "in fashion" in the mid 90's. People actually experienced weight loss (not fat loss) but the rebound effect was worse. Many of my friends did try it, but they all were heavy drinkers and never did any kind of physical activity, they were able to drop 5-12 pounds but regain twice as much after a few weeks even when they were still on it. To my recolection is that mesotherapy didn't remove fat from stubborn areas, but i could see abdomen reduction mostly, but that's it.
It was a big business at the beginning but turn out to be a scam. Even worse, you will have to take a certain ammount of sessions before u see any results and at the long run you might be better off saving the $$$$ for cosmetic surgery.
