plusa you can normally find at a local borders book store, but if you don't want to spend the 4 bucks or take a piece of paper and pen and jot them down, then you're going to have to browse the federation webpages till you find one in your area. luckily texas has a powerlifting webpage even though for some reason all of the meets are like 5-6 hours south of where i live.
