good lifts man just one question how can you squat 473 and only deadlift 424. My squat isnt't strong 285lbs below parl but my dead is 393lbs and my bench is 275lbs I'm 155lbs by the way. I would like to myself tap over 1000lbs after my 1st cycle.

Dude, I squat well over 600 and am right at 500 in the deadlift. Unless you are just really built to deadlift, most people, especially as they get stronger, will squat much more than they deadlift.
