you can accomplish this with a yoga class or doing yoga poses before bed.. also great for when you wake up cause your body is all crushed up from sleeping
i also recommend giving gratitude for what you have. if you even have a wardrobe you are already richer than 80% of the world.. and 1B people in the world live on $1 a day. that 16oz steak you ate for dinner those people NEVER eat steak, that would be absurd.. they are lucky to get 1oz of the crappiest part of the animal
