1lb ground beef
3 whole eggs
1 cup oats
1 chopped green pepper
1 chopped onion
mix it all up put it in a pan bake at 375 until its done to your liking. remember the rarer the beef the better it is for you.
top with katsup or bbq sauce for the last 10 minutes of baking
