I was thinking about writing down my current measures to see my progress as time goes by.
However I'm not quite sure how measuring the waist is done properly. Should I be relaxed, Flex my abs, or just "pull my stomach up in my throat" to reduce the measure as much as possible.
By the way I think most pro's do it the last way, when I see the pictures of their GH bellies and read their sometimes very unlikely measures.
