Hey everyone, I currently eat between 5-6 meals a day. I was wondering would it be that bad if I replaced my afternoon meal, in between lunch and dinner with a MRP??? I eat solid foods for breakfast, lunch & dinner. But I wanted to add another meal in between lunch and dinner, but I just don' t have the time to. What is a good low fat, low sugar, high protein MRP????
And also, what would be better for my last meal of the day? A casein shake or what?? I"m trying to cut body fat right now.
