Hey guys I am on a lean diet mostly chicken turkey lean meats and small greens and low carb protein shakes.
I work out at 8pm to about 9:30.
I am trying to adjust my set times to eat each meal and when to use protein shakes. I normally workout then have a shake soon as im done?
