Hey guys I am on a lean diet mostly chicken turkey lean meats and small greens and low carb protein shakes.



I work out at 8pm to about 9:30.


I am trying to adjust my set times to eat each meal and when to use protein shakes. I normally workout then have a shake soon as im done?

how long do you space in between your meals?

Hm...well there are alot of determining factors. How much food do you need to eat? Theres a big difference in meal planning when eating 2000 cals compared to 5000 cals.

How many meals do you have? Include the protein shake(s) as a meal.
 
2 hours 4 me so i can get all my meals in. the only exception is sleep and workout. i have my preworkout shake 30 minutes prior and pwo shake & carbs within 30 mins of completion
 
I space meals evey 3 hours. I keep each meal at about 500cal, so its relatively small.
If I bulk, I increase 2-3 meals about 200-300cal each depending on the need Or add another meal in there somewhere
 
I Simply eat a meal every Every 2 hours. I might also snakc inbetween those, but I look at the meals for the Protein. Theres not piont in having a Steak hen half an hour later having a Chicken breast because your still Hungry, Waste of protein.
