Hey everybody I am new here. I am trying to get in shape. Within three years I've I'm down in body weight from 349 pounds to 235 pounds. I guess right now I am at the fork in the road. I still have a great deal of body fat. I'm caught between trying to lose body fat and trying to gain more muscle. It's making my weight go up and down. I finally decided to keep on working on losing body fat. If anyone knows of a great website where I can find a meal plan please let me know.
