Had a fun day today...felt off though for sure. Didn't sleep as much as i normally did this weekend and i'm getting over a cold.
Did:
GMs
Front squats
reverse hypers
abs
calves
Low weight on everything, BW calves, reverse hyper and abs...wasn't feeling this at all.
Events:
This is what its all about...today me and my two best friends decided that the tire had been given WAY too much time to sit idle. We flipped the hell out of it. Keep in mind that this was the first time both of them have flipped it. My friend Kev showed alot of heart, hes a pretty strong dude. My friend charlie doesn't really lift except for the occational benching and curling (in my powerrack). He flipped the tire once...then showed the most heart i have ever seen on his second try. The intensity was there but you can't see it AS MUCH in these videos.

We did some bare farmers sprinting
1 set of farmers with 5 plates dragging behind us with the sled
Sled dragging
4 plates x 50 feet
5 plates + 35lb plate x 50feet
5 plates + 35lb plate + kevin x 50 feet
lmao i REALLY wish charlie taped this...he didn't know how to use the camera i think. I was dragging the sled with my friend kev on it and he was screaming like an idiot and i was too... while my mom was yelling at both of us.
Sprints x 3 sets 100feet
Afterwards we went out and ate tons of food
the end.
