So I went to a new gym and they had all kinds of implements to try so this is what I ended up doing, it is kinda erratic I know but I couldn't help myself

(I have never done these so I worked to a 1rm, and they were a lot of fun)

Tate Press
4x6 at 75 db's
2 and a half inch thick bar snatches
4 sets of ten with the bar
That was it although I played with all their equipment a little,
I picked up a conan's wheel and felt like a major sissy, it didn't have any weight on it and it still hurt like all hell.
it was a fun one....
