*MCL injury while running epi with joint support*

I slightly tore my MCL (ligament in knee) a month ago I'm able to walk on it again but my cardio and legs have taken a toll from reduced use.
What do you guys think about running an upper body only epistrong cycle with forged joint support and cycle support? Squats will be totally out of the question as will most cardio. But i need to do something its been too long  lol lemme know what your thoughts are

i'm all for working out your upper body while your lower body heals. but not a fan of using AAS until you are 100% healthy where you can workout all the way. ultimately its up to you but if i were in your shoes i would continue working out what i can and leave the AAS out of it JMO

Thanks steve. Anybody else have any thoughts on this? The biggest down side i can see is not getting as much out of the cycle but thats to be expected when only working half your body.
