Mmmm.... just ate my double quarter pounder w/cheese.
For me I limit the high sugar foods - those go to my waist line faster than the high fat foods. I'm sure there's people who will disagree, and that's fine. I don't have fancy research papers to prove my point. This has just been my observation on my own body. I used to eat a high carb diet, and I was chubby. Now I eat high fat, high protein, moderate carb and I'm not. And I eat a lot of animal fats, but my blood lipid profile is normal. Maybe that's because I take fish oil capsules. Just my 2 cents.. feel free to blast away. It's working for me, so I'll keep doing it.
