As an entreé I will say that "at least" they are not as bad as the Mcnuggets... Did you know a new variety of chicken with unusually large breasts wast bred to increase production of McNuggets (this DOES NOT mean those 100% chicken breast though).
The chicken they use is preformed from meat taken from various parts of the chicken due to cost but it does have a protein value. If, however, you see whiskers sticking out of your chicken bun then they have likely caught the rat in the kitchen.
If you want to eat 'fast food' then stick to grilled chicken without any sauces or extras but I wouldn't make it part of your regular diet as the sodium and saturated fat content levels are very high for some meals. Considering the price, it is cheaper to buy quality cuts of chicken and prepare your own meals.

Personally i would go witht the Grill Chicken from Wendy's, just ask for it without that sauce they put on it if you want 35 less cals. since its prolly just a sugary sauce.
