I have tried it and love it..I used the program for about 6 months with great results and still follow a modified version of it now and the exact same principals it teaches. It is great for a beginner and the more advanced lifter as well. I love there sample mass diet except I eliminate some of the shakes it calls for as it is a lot (I would rather eat real food)
MAX-OT is bad ass.... But if you are into training for a pump....supersets....high reps....stuff like that it's not for you. It will make you big and strong. Jeff Willet lives buy it and he's bad ass.
I get a huge pump from lifting the heavy weights in Max-OT. I dont ge the same burn that I do from high rep training but the pump is great. And the pump is whats important more so then the burn feeling.
