I've been doing it for some months now, and I like it. It's a completely different approach to training compared with what I've been used to, but the results have been very satisfying. I don't know for how long the results will continue to improve the way I've seen it happening for the past two months, but as long as this way of training is succesfull, I don't see any reason to change it. You know: If it ain't broken, don't fix it.
One thing I especially like about Max-OT is the new way of warming up that it has brought into my routine. Since I started doing the Max-OT warm up, I haven't been hit with any of injuries that has been haunting me through the years.
