I just started a week ago. I dont know about other users but this technique is a lot different for me. Its like, when i leave the gym it doesnt feel like i worked out enough, and it takes 24-36 hrs b4 soreness (instead of 12-18) but when it hits, hope you OD on Tylenol cause the soreness is pretty rigid. (I love soreness, it makes me feel like I did something).
