I am trying it now... I will keep you updated on my progress. I am in the first week and so far I love it. Simple, direct and fun. The brevity of the training sessions is what I like, but I feel like I got a great work out.
Works good but take that DAMN week off every 8 weeks. MAX OT is a killer on the joints guys. Don't forget they always want u to go heavy...that is the key of their workout.
