I have been adding a little more volume week after week to this day. Both in the gym and with the events. I'm very happy with my progress (gym and events) so far as well.

i fixed the video problem some of you may have been encountering so give these a shot


Close stance cambered bench bar GMs (bar is 55 or so i think but i counted it as 45)

worked up to 215x3

550lb tire x 5.5 flips (dropped the last one)

You are getting bigger...MUCH bigger. You look like a man. You are getting that THICK and TOUGH look to you. Functional Strength. It is hard to describe...but Strongman training really does build a strong body...and a strong looking body.

Tire: You must keep your butt LOW!!! Think about doing a pull through while flipping the tire. Shoot the hips fwd not back. Use your knee!!!! Your tire is probably 550-600 pounds...it is big.

Sled Drag: Lean back!!!! You are not leaning back far enough!!!! Keep short choppy steps and L E A N back!!!!! It has helped me out a lot.
AND....if I ever see you turning back and looking behind you EVER again on the sled drag...I'm gonna knock your head right off of your shoulders (hey, it worked when I told Cheese that a few weeks ago..:) ) Don't look back...just pull. The finish line doesn't move...so why are you looking for it? Just pull past it.

thanks guys I apprechiate it...I really do.

Clint i hear you on all of those points...I will write them down and be concious of them next sunday. lol @ the sled comment...i just wanted to make sure i wouldn't step on my little cone thing.

My pullthroughs post got more replies than this one...which sorta sucks :confused: . But the quality of these replies make up for it.

You are bigger & stronger everytime. You will only get stronger. I have seen a progression and you have the fire to say the least. Keep going.

That tire is no match for you :) Neither are any of the other events.
