I have been adding a little more volume week after week to this day. Both in the gym and with the events. I'm very happy with my progress (gym and events) so far as well.
i fixed the video problem some of you may have been encountering so give these a shot
Close stance cambered bench bar GMs (bar is 55 or so i think but i counted it as 45)
