Good mornings............ sucked..... couldnt get in the grove, so i dropped down to what i call lighter weight of 225 for 1 clean rep.
then did zercher squats from 18 inch pins. 315 for 1.
glute ham raise - bodyweight for 4 sets.....10/10/10/8.
reverse hyper - 50lbs each leg. 3 sets of 8.
pulldown abs - 50lbs 3 sets of 10.
vertical leg raises - bodyweight for 2 sets of 10.
only took 50 minutes......... had to hurry up to see Ruben on American Idol..... gotta love those home town boys.
