So 12% BF is the max I want to hit whilst on a mass gain cycle? This really changes my thinking and eating habits. At the moment, I'm at about 10-11%. I wish to add 20 lbs over the next 6 months, but still stay lean. I can get to 7-8% BF just messing around playing sports.
