Anyone tried John Bernardi's Massive eating diet? The idea is to separate the carbs and fat. So basically, one meal is carbs and protein, the other would be fat and protein. Trying it right now. Been about a week and gained about 4 pounds. Obviously some fat, but seems to work. It's hard as hell to separate though. Could eat even more if I could combine them. Don't know if this is going to work as well as eating all three macro-nutrients at once when I "gear-up" next week. Any thoughts?
