I currently weight 170lbs and 6'0'. I am 23 years old. I was wondering what kind of program I can follow to gain muscle mass. I don't want to lose weight. Or if anybody was around the same weight as me, what did you do to increase mass. What is the best kind of diet to follow to gain mass, and what type of workouts do you recommend? I really want to make sure I follow the right program, instead of assuming that I am following the right one.Thanks!
