Mass Fuel

Its pretty good stuff for a post workout shake. It has a nice 2:1 ratio of maltodextrin to whey protein per scoop....I believe about 26 gms CHO, to 13 gms of PRO per scoop. So two scoops after an intense training session is pretty nice.

I have used mass fuel off and on for about 8 years. it has evolved into a complex carbohydrate formula(only 8 grams sugar at 97 total carbs), and uses longer acting proteins such as casein. so i hesitate to use it a an immediate post w/o supplement. i use biotests surge at 1 1/2 dosage immediate post w/o. it has fast acting glucose and whey proteins. So here is what i do, 1 1/2 surge immediately post w/o, followed by a full serving of mass fuel about 2 hrs later. pre workout i have been using 1 1/2 servings of Amino Fuel with 1 serving of phoshpagen HP..... along with 10 grams glutamine and 6 grams arginine with some BCAA's. also add 10 grams glutamine and some BCAA caps to the surge post w/o. now i got the HP and the glutamine powder free at work (At a GNC franchise, out of date and returns are fair game).....and i get the surge/mass fuel/amino fuel for cost since my owner is cool. but hey, supplementation ain't cheap. :)
