I was at the Orange Bowl. maryland would have been 4-7 in a real conference.

you do have a point, but the ACC has never really been a football conference, except for Florida State, most schools concentrate on basketball, and the recruiting shows.

However a 4-2 showing in the Bowl Games this season is pretty respectable.

I played a lot of ball with peeps from St. John's - like Erick Barkley (now a portland trailblazer) and Omar Cook (now with the denver nuggets). All summer league stuff but I keep in touch with them. I'll always support the Red Storm! It's too bad they sucked this year!
