Alright bro's....need some feedback on this.....about 1 month ago I took about 5 hits off a joint while partying. This is the only time ive smoked in over 8 years....stupid fuck up on my part because im in the middle of switching jobs....ive got a 3rd interview with a "Coke" company next week, and im assuming they might be using urine or blood test???? Im not sure but im a little paranoid about this showing up....some say its based on your body type....i drink 1 gallon of h2o a day and always have...cardio 4 times a week and lift 5. Im 5'11 210 and about 10% bf......so any feedback from anyone in my situation or who has been would be killer...I CANNOT fuck this up!!! Thanks bro's....

If it's urine, you are golden. Pot hides in your fat cells. Just to be sure, you can make sure your urine is diluted during the test. It stays in your hair longer though. (up to 90 days)

Most companies now do a DNA test, which consist of a swab of the inside of your mouth with a swab. I am sure you will be fine though over a month and you dont have any prexisting THC in your system then you are fine.

...thats a saliva test... and if you didnt do anything within 48 hours you are good to go...

Absolutely nothing to worry about, especially if you smoked only once. As long as you drink fluids as often as you do it will be no problem. I would however cut back on the water the day of the test so your urine wont be completely clear. Clear urine is usually only a problem for stick tests but i have had friends have to retake after drinkin too much water and making that u are flushing your system too obvious. I can say that it is possible with low bodyfat to smoke everyday and quit 48hrs before and still pass, you have no problems dont worry.
