1. safer than drinking when ON. if u must get off it then its prob the safest way to.
2. helps u eat a lot when ON, when u really need those calories
3. helps u sleep deep, when u really need ur sleep so that ur muscles can grow.
so useful infact that maybe IMO sources should start selling as a wonder BB aid.
