:D crap.

OK - I have questions regarding this entry form. online version visible here:

They want my weight. WTF and I suppose to put here? Contest weight? I don't know what my contest weight will be. :nerd:

Sass wanted me to pick another backup date. OK. The other one will be April 28. Orange County Bodybuilding and Figure Championship.

Best wishes TSO!!!! Potential show date right around that time too!

You go Girl

That's awesome! My guess is that you will come in as a middle weight - here are the weight groups:

Lightweight - 115 lbs & under
Middleweight - over 115 lbs up to and including 125
Light Heavyweight - over 125 lbs up to and including 140
Heavy weight - over 140 lbs up to and including

You are at 155 right now correct? (damn...) I would guess middle weight... how tall are you again? 5'1"? I dont' think you have to commit to whatever weight you guess - I'd say 125 lb and leave it at that. The thing is, depending on how many girls they have in each weight class, they might group some of the classes together instead of having just 1 person in each class or whatever. It can happen. Also at the end of the day, whatever your weigh-in is at, is where you will be placed anyway.

Congratulations and Good Luck!

I took a look at the entry form and weight does not appear to be required on the form. Looks to me like anything required is marked with red *.

Look forward to following your journey! :)

lolol I know - I'm hefty. :D In a good way.

I finally (ahem) went to the bathroom, so my weight has dropped a little, but I'm above the 150 mark. I got my BF done at the gym this morning and the trainer has me at 11.5. (I had her do it twice. :D) So - middle weight it will most likely be. I'm planning on adding more muscle this winter, too. Don't worry, I have no plans to be 5 foot tall and 180 lbs.

I'm relieved that the stress of having to weight in light has been removed. I thought maybe you had to commit to a weight group when you sent in the entry form.

I'm hoping I can hold my BF where it is for the rest of the year and still add a few pounds of muscle. I know I have to eat more to add. I think Shadow still recommends a 40/30/30 even when adding muscle - is this doable, or do I need more carbs?

I have pictures coming up in 2.5 weeks. I'm feeling good about it. I won't be totally shredded or anything, but my butt has come a long way in the last few weeks. (I know, lolol uselss w/o pics. Don't worry, ya'll will be the first to see em.)
