Do not run tren while training for an endurance sport. It is the worst juice for decreasing respiration. Also it seems that your test and eq levels are a little high. They might be allright if you juice all the time but if you dont you will put on too much size for this run. Clenbuterol actually works great for long runs in the 20-40 mcg range altough many in the bodybuilding field aren't aware of this. If you are set on a test/eq scedule like this I would do 300mg test per week, 300mg eq (maybe front load 500 first two weeks) and something like tbol to replace the tren or maybe nothing else. Also start with 20mcg clen once a week on the day of your long run (about two hours before running) and after 4 weeks and your miles have increased (and you're more used to it) up the clen to 30 or 40 mcg per week. This clen can also be replaced with albuterol tablets (salbutamol). Don't go crazy on protein during this process unless you are also lifting weights significantly. Lifting heavy and endurance training do not mix well, though, especially if your aim is to put up a decent time. Good luck.
