Male model recomp cycle - first time cycle

So this will be my first cycle and the goal is to achieve body recomposition. Whilst I'd love to bulk and add some mass with a basic 500mg/week test e cycle, I have no such luxury. I'm currently a male model (with plans to go international in a year or so) and just can't be bloated, gain much fat at all and must be very lean at all times. Being a model and training naturally (have been training for past 4-5 years) also makes it hard to put on enough mass without getting too fat or cutting without losing muscle. After much research I have come up with the following cycle with my stats:


Stats: 175lbs @ 12-13%, height 6'0


Cycle:


Week 1-12 test e 300mg/week @ 150mg E3.5D
Week 1-5 Anavar 50mg ED half in morning and half pre workout
Week 1-12 Aromasin 6.25mg EOD


Week 1-12 HCG 250IU e3d 5000IU


Wait two weeks


Then PCT


Nolva 40/40/20/20


Fasted cardio in mornings with caffeine and yohimbine


Also will the addition of Masteron prop 500mg/week at the last 6 weeks be worth while?


My diet will be super strict following UD2.0 (have done in the past with great results) with calories at around maintenance.


I know I could achieve my goal naturally (over a long period of time) but I feel the use of gear will help me speed up the process.


Ultimately in the end I want to cut a few % off my body fat and add some lean mass too. Think a body similar to Zac Efron, Marky Mark, Tomas Skoloudik. After some honest feedback from the community.
 
Your cycle itself looks good but I would NOT use HCG with your cycle. HCG is a form of estrogen and will cause water retention. Not what you want with the goals of a model type physique.

YOU need a much better PCT to fully recover from your cycle. Nolvadex alone is not near sufficient. After your cycle run the perfect PCT protocol ->

If I was personally training you I would diet you with carb cycling. Low duration low carb diets kill the metabolism. Carbs are what keep the muscle full and fuel hard training. Remember that the goal is to loose body fat WHILE holding onto all your muscle (or even building muscle). It's not a starvation contest.

that perfect cycle.
1. mix up your cardio
2. hire a trainer to help you bring up weak points
3. professional put together meal plan
4. learn to pose, take professional pics (that is harder then you think)

Overall, the cycle seems to be fine. However, anavar is liver toxic, so you should use a good liver supporting supplement with it, such as N2Guard. It is the best liver supporting supplement, so it would play the trick for you.

Also, I would not use HCG, neither on cycle, nor off cycle, since its benefits are definitely not worth all the risks. It can cause such side effects as gyno and suppression, and it will barely do anything for your natural testosterone production. In fact, it only mimics the functions of LH and FSH, but it will not actually make them work. As a result, you will get an increased level of testosterone only while you take HCG, which will drop back down as soon as you stop using it. Therefore, it would make sense to use something that will cause less side effects and actually do something for your natural testosterone production. For instance, you can use HCGenerate ES - it will keep the plums big and functioning during the cycle, and it will be a great help for natural testosterone production during PCT, since it will make LH and FSH actually work. As a result, your body will keep producing testosterone even after you stop taking it. However, unlike HCG, it will not cause any side effects at all, and it is more convenient, since it is taken orally. Besides, the libido boost from HCGenerate ES is a sight to see.
As for the PCT, make sure to run a more complete PCT than just Clomid if you want to get recovered properly, keep the muscle mass, and not gain fat. The better the PCT, the more gains you will be able to keep to yourself.
 
as has been mentioned diet will be key.. muskate is a professional model himself and has that lean look too, so i would follow his advice close.. consider hiring him as a coach

and i agree avoid the hcg, it will cause extra water retention you don't want
 
Cycle looks good but I would not worry about adding masteron. It would not be worth it for your goals. Just make sure do a better PCT with clomid, nolva, a natural test booster, ostarine, and cardarine. This will ensure you recover and keep gains. I agree about dropping HCG. No need for it.
